“I love Yogilachi. I’ve been working with Stephana for two months now and attending her group classes 3 or 4 times a week. In 8 short weeks, I’m down 10 pounds and 23 inches…woohoooo! I’m also starting to notice really nice muscle tone. Stephana is super knowledgeable and truly cares about my success. The classes are small and always a little different. It’s fun, and I’m meeting some really great people. I’m a fan for sure and highly recommend Stephana/Yogilachi for those wanting to get their toned and healthy body back!”

“I saw a brochure for Yogilachi and signed up for a trial week. I knew I needed to do something differently, but I wasn’t sure what the right fit would be. I was bored with exercise and didn’t feel like things were making a difference. After a couple of classes with Stephana I noticed a vast improvement in body awareness, alignment and posture. Every class is different, so I have never been bored. There is also a mind-body connection that is wonderfully different than a mindless workout such as running on a treadmill or riding an exercise bike. I look forward to going to class. The community is unique: small class sizes with very individualized attention, a non-judgemental atmosphere, a supportive group of people, very informative and educational instruction.
