Yogilachi Small Group Classes – $25 per session
Each class is limited to 5 people to give you personal care and instruction at a fraction of the cost.
The small group classes incorporate yoga*, Pilates, Tai Chi, Chi Kung/Qi Gong, use of strengthening modalities, Swiss ball, resistance and cardiovascular to bring about a holistic session that restores body, mind and spirit while connecting in a safe, judgement free, family like environment.
*both hatha yoga corrective movement and functional postures as well as raja and prana – using practical breathing and meditation techniques

Q. How are you different from a gym or personal training studio?
A. Unlike regular gyms and personal training studios, at Yogilachi we emphasize quality of movement, holistic mindset and optimal nutrition with a focus on how the body functions and how the client feels overall, instead of just how they look.
We believe that health is much more than skin deep and we teach our clients to adopt a healthier approach to wellness that supports movement & longevity lifestyle goals, as opposed to aesthetic and body image goals.

The Yogilachi programs are designed specifically to suit the needs of corporate professionals, and includes:

The Yogilachi programs are delivered to you through both daily face-to-face personal training sessions, plus, practical, step-by-step online coaching that supports you 24/7, 365 days per year.
Q. How do I know if this is the right fit for me?
A. It can be daunting to even consider a health and fitness program. I try to be as transparent as possible on the website and social media so you can look around. I’m not hard sell or pushy. I truly believe the right clients will feel a resonance with what I teach and have to share. For both of us, an initial phone conversation and/or email is a great place to start.
